Responsibilities
- บันทึกและตรวจสอบข้อมูลเวลาการเข้า-ออกงาน การลา ของพนักงานโดยใช้ระบบ Time Attendance
- จัดทำเอกสารและลงบันทึกงานด้านบุคคล เช่น ประวัติพนักงานการเข้า -ออก
- จัดเตรียมเอกสารอุปกรณ์พนักงานใหม่ รวมถึงบัตรพนักงาน ,ประกาศต่างๆ
- ดำเนินการแจ้งเข้า-แจ้งออกประกันสังคม และสวัสดิการอื่นๆ
- จัดทำเอกสารลงบันทึก การลา, ค่ารักษาพยาบาล, เบี้ยขยัน ของพนักงาน
- จัดทำรายงาน การลา ค่ารักษาพยาบาล ประจำเดือนทุกเดือน
- จัดทำเอกสารประเมินพนักงานช่วงทดลองงาน
- จัดพิมพ์เอกสารประวัติพนักงาน (Staff List )และพนักงาน เข้า -ออก ประจำเดือนทุกเดือน
- จัดทำบันทึกขอนุมัติ ตรวจสุขภาพประจำปี ประสานงาน จัดทำรายงานสรุปเปรียบเทียบ
- ติดต่อประสานงานทั้งภายในและภายนอกบริษัทฯ
- งานอื่นๆ ที่รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- เพศชาย,หญิง
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาการบริหารทรัพยากรมนุษย์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานบุคคลธุรการ 0-5 ปี ยินดีรับผู้จบใหม่
- มีความสามารถในการใช้งานโปรแกรม Microsoft Office ,Canva , Word, Excel การใช้ AI ได้ดี
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ และสามารถจัดการงานเอกสารได้อย่างเป็นระบบ
- ทักษะการสื่อสารและประสานงานกับผู้อื่นได้ดี
- ความสามารถในการเรียนรู้และปรับตัวเข้ากับสภาพแวดล้อมการทำงานใหม่ได้
- หากมีประสบการณ์ใช้ระบบ Time Attendance จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
