Responsibilities
- ควบคุมทีมขายเพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมายในงานขายได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ตามนโยบายบริษัท
- พัฒนาและฝึกอบรมทีมขายให้มีประสิทธิภาพ
- ติดตามและประเมินผลการทำงานของพนักงานในทีมให้บรรลุเป้าหมาย
- วางแผนในการรักษาฐานลูกค้าเดิมเพิ่มยอดขายและสร้างความพึงพอใจแก่ลูกค้า
Qualifications
- ระดับการศึกษาวุฒิปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านบริหารงานขายอย่างน้อย 1 ปี
- มีภาวะความเป็นผู้นำวิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
- มีทักษะในการสื่อสารและทัศนคติที่ดีต่องานด้านบริการ
- มีทักษะในการใช้สื่อออนไลน์เพื่อสร้างยอดขาย
- มีรถยนต์ของตนเองและมีใบอนุญาตขับขี่
