Responsibilities
- ให้คำแนะนำและตอบคำถามด้านเทคนิคต่างๆ ประเมินราคาซ่อมและค่าอะไหล่แก่ลูกค้า และวางแผนงานซ่อม นัดหมายเวลาการส่งมอบ
- พิจารณาสภาพภายนอกของตัวถัง และตรวจเช็คทรัพย์สินที่มีค่าของลูกค้า แจ้งข้อกำหนด/เงื่อนไขการรับรถ บันทึกข้อมูลในใบแจ้งซ่อม ให้ลูกค้าลงนามรับทราบ
- ควบคุมและติดตามความก้าวหน้าของงานซ่อม กับพนักงานคอนโทรล
- ดูแลเอกสารต่างๆ ของฝ่าย SA รวบรวม และจัดทำเอกสารงานบริการต่างๆ
- อธิบายรายละเอียดการซ่อมรถให้ลูกค้าทราบ ก่อนส่งมอบรถซ่อมเสร็จ
- ดูแล ให้บริการ และสร้างความพึงพอใจที่ดีแก่ลูกค้า
- ตรวจสอบงานและส่งมอบรถยนต์ภายหลังการเข้ารับบริการให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน
Qualifications
- มีประสบการณ์ 1-5 ปีในสายงานที่เกี่ยวข้องและมีความเข้าใจอย่างถ่องแท้เกี่ยวกับธุรกิจการขายปลีกยานยนต์
- บุคลิกภาพดี มี Service Mind
- ทัศนคติดี รักในงานบริการ
- มีทักษะการเจรจาต่อรอง
- มีไหวพริบ แก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
- หากมีประสบการณ์ธุรกิจรถยนต์ Brand BMW Brand รถยุโรป และ Brand Lexus, Honda, Mazda จะพิจารณาเป็นกรณีพิเศษ
