Responsibilities
1. สนับสนุนทีมฝ่ายขายด้านงานเอกสาร เช่น เอกสารส่งมอบรถยนต์
2. ประสานงานระหว่างฝ่ายขาย ลูกค้า และฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น ฝ่ายไฟแนนซ์ ฝ่ายทะเบียน และฝ่ายสต๊อกรถยนต์
3. ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของเอกสารก่อนส่งมอบให้ลูกค้า
4. บันทึกและอัปเดตข้อมูลลูกค้าในระบบ
5. ติดตามสถานะการสั่งซื้อ การจัดส่ง และการส่งมอบรถยนต์ให้เป็นไปตามกำหนด
6. จัดทำรายงานยอดขาย รายงานสต็อกรถยนต์ และรายงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
7. ดูแลเอกสารด้านสินเชื่อ/ไฟแนนซ์เบื้องต้น และประสานงานกับสถาบันการเงิน
8. ให้ข้อมูลและอำนวยความสะดวกแก่ลูกค้าในขั้นตอนหลังการขาย
9. สนับสนุนกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการขาย และงานอีเวนต์ของบริษัท
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษาปวช - ปริญญาตรี สาขาบริหารธุรกิจ การตลาด หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์งาน Sales Admin อย่างน้อย 1 ปี (หากมีประสบการณ์ในธุรกิจรถยนต์จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
- มีทักษะการประสานงานและการสื่อสารที่ดี
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบในการจัดการเอกสาร
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) ได้เป็นอย่างดี
- สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันและบริหารเวลาได้ดี
