Responsibilities
- วางแผนและจัดกิจกรรมทางการตลาด เช่น Event, Roadshow, Product Launch และ Customer Event
- ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานภายใน บริษัทคู่ค้า และผู้ให้บริการ เพื่อให้งานดำเนินไปอย่างราบรื่น
- ควบคุมการดำเนินงานหน้างานและแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า
- ดูแลงบประมาณและเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการจัดงาน
- สรุปผลและวิเคราะห์ความสำเร็จของกิจกรรม พร้อมนำเสนอแนวทางพัฒนา
- สนับสนุนกิจกรรมทางการตลาดอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- ประสานงานกับฝ่ายบัญชีและการเงินในการเบิกจ่ายงบประมาณด้านการตลาด
- ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของสื่อและข้อมูลก่อนเผยแพร่
- สนับสนุนทีม Marketing และ Sales ในงานเอกสารและงานประสานงานต่าง ๆ
Qualifications
- อายุ 23 - 35 ปี
- วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี สาขาการตลาด บริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านงาน Event และ/หรือ Marketing Support อย่างน้อย 1–3 ปี
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ และมีทักษะการจัดการเอกสารที่ดี
- สามารถใช้ Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) ได้เป็นอย่างดี
- มีทักษะการประสานงาน และการติดตามงาน (Follow-up)
- สามารถจัดลำดับความสำคัญของงาน และทำงานหลายอย่างพร้อมกันได้
- มีทักษะด้านภาษาอังกฤษจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- หากมีประสบการณ์ด้านธุรกิจยานยนต์จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
