Responsibilities

รับสายโทรศัพท์จากลูกค้าที่ติดต่อเข้ามายังศูนย์บริการ ให้ข้อมูล นัดหมายเข้ารับบริการ และตอบคำถามทั่วไปเกี่ยวกับงานบริการหลังการขาย

รับเรื่องร้องเรียน ข้อเสนอแนะ และประสานงานกับฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาให้ลูกค้าอย่างเหมาะสมและทันเวลา

โทรติดต่อสอบถามความพึงพอใจของลูกค้าที่นำรถเข้าศูนย์บริการ พร้อมทั้งทำรายงานแจ้งต่อผู้บังคับบัญชาและผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องรับทราบ

โทรติดต่อลูกค้าที่ไม่ได้นำรถมาเข้าศูนย์บริการนานกว่า 6 เดือนบมอบหมาย

จัดทำรายงานสรุปเรื่องร้องเรียน และการติดตามผล เพื่อนำเสนอฝ่ายบริหาร

วางแผนและประสานงานจัดกิจกรรม (Event) เช่น Showroom Event, Royalty Customer Event และกิจกรรมเพื่อสร้างความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้า

งานอื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

Qualifications

อายุ : 23 - 38 ปี
ระดับการศึกษา : ปวส. ขึ้นไป
ประสบการณ์ : 1 - 5 ปี

มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานบริการลูกค้า

มีใจรักงานบริการ มีทักษะด้านการติดต่อสื่อสารและการประสานงาน

สามารถใช้สูตร Excel (Vlookup, pivot table) ได้

หากมีประสบการณ์ในธุรกิจ Automotive หรือสายงานที่เกี่ยวข้องโดยตรงจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

สามารถทำงานเป็นทีม มีความรับผิดชอบ

มีความยืดยุ่นในการทำงาน มีทัศนคติที่ดี และมีความรับผิดชอบ

สามารถใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ได้ เช่น Excel (Vlookup, pivot table)

มีประสบการณ์ในสายงานธุรกิจรถยนต์
