Aftersales Manager - SIME DARBY AUTO SPORTS LTD. (Head Office)

• Lead and manage the aftersales service and B&P operation, ensuring the achievement of KPIs , like throughput, revenue, gross profit, customer satisfaction and retention
• Set up the after sales operation in the launch phase.
• Run an efficient and profitable service and parts department as well as B&P operation.
• Define strategies to drive throughput and retention.
• Define a strategy to differentiate the Porsche Centre Pattaya after sales operation from other Porsche centres.
• Oversee all aspects of the service operation including the budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
• Manage the after sales team as a mentor and motivator. 
• Ensure optimal productivity and performance through effective business processes, appropriate deployment of staff and good customer service. 
• Explore new business opportunities. 
• Manage good relations with the principal.
• Perform other job-related duties as requested

• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• At least 8 years’ experience in leading an after sales operations
