Purpose of this role

Present used Honda vehicle business plans to dealers, and continuously plan short-term and long-term operational strategies for dealers' used car business. Prepare and present analytical data aligned with used car business objectives in accordance with company policy; define targets and operational standards. Formulate area-specific strategies for dealers, conduct used car market and competitor surveys including independent traders, create dealer support activities, and evaluate and develop activities creatively. Effectively transfer knowledge and skills to dealer staff in a structured, standardized, and measurable manner. Classify each vehicle type, establish standard pricing, inspect, and certify used Honda vehicles in accordance with company-defined standards.

Job Description

• Set targets for dealers in the responsible zone and drive dealers to achieve those targets.
• Support activities and strategies for dealers to achieve targets in accordance with company policy.
• Analyze the used car business operations of dealers.
• Provide training, knowledge, and consultation on dealers' used car business operations.
• Support dealers' used car business operations.
• Develop and manage the Honda Certified Used Car Website.
• Manage and communicate with internal/External company stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related with GPA 2.75 or higher
• Good command in Computer
• Good command English Skill (TOEIC score 550+ is advantage).
• Good initiative, analytical and interpersonal skills
• Able to work under pressure and manage tasks within limited time
• Able to work at Minburi (Bangkok)
• Able to travel to work in other provinces
• Experience in Honda vehicle structure and automotive paint/coating structure.
