Dealer Network Staff - Honda Automobile (Thailand) Co., Ltd.

Responsibilities

Develop and plan business policy strategies for dealers to ensure alignment with the company’s vision, with a strong focus on building a reliable and sustainable dealer network.
Establish policies, ensure effective implementation, and conduct continuous performance evaluations to enhance operational efficiency and strengthen market competitiveness.
Drive overall dealer business performance through strategic policy development and improvement initiatives.
Present proposed policies and strategies to management for approval, including supporting analysis, and make improvements based on their feedback.
Coordinate with dealer personnel and related internal departments.
Perform other tasks as assigned.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or related fields with GPA 2.75 or higher.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in coordination, dealer operations, or related business functions.
Knowledge of business administration and corporate strategy.
Ability to read, interpret, and analyze financial statements.
Digital literacy and proficiency in relevant digital tools.
Good command English Skill (TOEIC score 550+ is advantage).
Possesses a valid private car driver’s license.
