Responsibilities

Role Purpose
Responsible for actively going out to find and acquire new fleet customers through field-based prospecting and direct B2B sales activities. The role focuses on new business generation, not account maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular field prospecting to identify new fleet customers (corporate, logistics, rental, leasing, government).
  • Visit customer sites, industrial areas, and business locations to initiate new sales opportunities.
  • Generate leads through cold visits, cold calls, networking, and on-site introductions.
  • Present Honda fleet solutions and conduct basic product/TCO explanations.
  • Negotiate fleet pricing, volume deals, leasing, and financing.
  • Close new fleet sales and hand over to internal teams for delivery and service.
  • Gather market and competitor insights from field activities.

Qualifications

Education:
Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Automotive Engineering, or related field

Experience:
Minimum 2 years in B2B sales, preferably in automotive or fleet solutions
Proven track record in new business acquisitions and achieving sales targets

Skills & Competencies:
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities aggressively
Familiarity with fleet management solutions and corporate sales processes

Personal Attributes:
Highly self-motivated and result-oriented
Resilient under pressure and target-driven
Professional appearance and demeanor

Other Requirements:
Valid driver’s license
Willingness to travel for client meetings and events
Required Toeics : 550 Scores up
