Responsibilities
1. Lead Management & Performance Analytics
- Analyze the Lead Funnel: Conduct end-to-end analysis of the lead journey to identify key drop-off points, performance bottlenecks, and opportunities for optimization from the first touchpoint to final conversion.
- Develop and analyze strategic initiatives and A/B tests aimed at maximizing customer lifetime value (CLV) and improving overall marketing ROI.
2. Web Analytics & MarTech Ecosystem:
- Ensure data integrity and accurate tracking implementation across all digital channels using tools like Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external agencies to ensure content readiness, data collection accuracy, and compliance with data privacy regulations (PDPA).
3. Advanced Analysis & Reporting
- Reporting & Visualization: Design, develop, and maintain automated performance dashboards (using tools like Power BI, Qlik sense) to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Digital Marketing department.
- Translate complex datasets, including those from CDP platforms and marketing sources, into clear, compelling, and strategic recommendations for management.
- Apply basic knowledge of AI model performance to identify and implement new AI use cases for enhanced lead generation and predictive analysis.
- Tracking and Data Integrity: Ensure robust and accurate tracking implementation (via tools like Google Tag Manager) and maintain data quality across all digital marketing ecosystem.
4. Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
- Conduct in-depth analysis of search keyword performance and organic traffic to identify technical and content-based SEO opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with agency partners to develop and execute effective SEO strategies that ensure top search rankings and high-quality traffic acquisition.
Qualifications
Job Specification
- Have full working rights in Thailand
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Digital Marketing, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, MIS, IT, or related fields (GPA ≥ 2.75)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Digital Marketing, Website Management, Data Analysis, or Business Intelligence (Qlik platform)
- Strong knowledge of website management and SEO
- Proficient in analyzing web and campaign data
- Familiar with MarTech tools (CDP, DAM, etc.)
- Basic understanding of AI applications in lead generation
- Knowledge of PDPA/PDPD compliance
- Good English communication skills (TOEIC > 550)
