Production Planning Staff - Honda Automobile (Thailand) Co., Ltd.

• Plan and control production schedules in a high-volume automotive manufacturing environment.
• Analyze production capacity, line constraints, and manpower to optimize production efficiency.
• Monitor production performance and identify risks or deviations from the plan; propose corrective actions.
• Coordinates with supply chain and production teams (body, paint, and final assembly) to meet daily targets, ensure material availability, and support Just-In-Time (JIT) operations.
• Support new model or production change activities in coordination with related departments.

• Education Background : Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Production Engineering.
• Good command of English - TOEIC scores at least 550
• Proficient in Microsoft Office. (At least Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented, strong time management, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
• Logical and analytical thinking with the ability to plan and improve processes.
• Adaptability, flexibility, and conflict management capability.

Working Experienced :

• 0–2 years of experience planning operations.
• Fundamental knowledge of automotive manufacturing processes.
• Experience in data collection and analysis to support production planning
• Knowledge of basic problem-solving tools such as 7 QC Tools
• Basic knowledge of automotive manufacturing
• Understanding of fundamental automotive production processes (Body, Paint, Assembly)
