Responsibilities
- Evaluate and analyze auto loan applications to ensure compliance with company policies, laws, and regulations
- Conduct financial analysis, including assessment of customer creditworthiness and risk evaluation
- Review and prepare financial status reports, including analysis of fleet car credit limits
- Monitor and analyze portfolio quality, including daily and monthly reporting on loan approval quality for management
- Collaborate with related departments to enhance credit processes and operational efficiency
- Ensure accurate and timely decision-making in credit approvals while maintaining risk control standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in credit underwriting (auto loan preferred)
- Strong experience in financial analysis and risk assessment
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Strong understanding of credit evaluation and regulatory compliance
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with loan processing systems is an advantage
- Good command in English (Writing and Speaking)
