QC ELECTRICAL ENGINEER - Honda Automobile (Thailand) Co., Ltd.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Follow up new product schedules and control product quality to comply with Honda standards (Try0, Try1, Try2, Try3, Mass Production).

• Coordinate with suppliers to distribute quality documentation for new products (PQCT, Inspection Standard, Packing Standard, etc.).

• Cooperate with customers on quality documents and quality issues during the development period.

• Check and review QC documents submitted by suppliers.

• Prepare and control QC-related parts, tooling, cars, and documents, and evaluate product quality prior to Parts/Accessories Installation Checking events.

• Perform QAV audits of supplier procedures and related systems prior to mass production, and evaluate supplier performance.

• Inspect sample parts and initial lots to verify quality requirements.

• Create quality documents such as Packing Standard and Operation Standard.

• Work as Model Project Leader to control development schedules for all products.

• Travel overseas to control quality at suppliers or contact customers regarding quality issues.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

✓ Male, Thai nationality, age not over 30 years old.

✓ Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields.

✓ 1–3 years’ experience in QC/QA would be an advantage.

✓ Good command of written and spoken English; Japanese skill is a plus.

✓ Pleasant personality, co-operative and service-minded.

✓ Works well both independently and as part of a team; able to work effectively under pressure.

✓ Computer literate: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, etc.

✓ Able to travel overseas and have a car driver’s license.
