Responsibilities
- จัดซื้อและออก PO — รับใบขอซื้อ ตรวจสอบความถูกต้อง เจรจาราคากับ supplier และออกใบสั่งซื้อตามนโยบายบริษัท
- บริหารและประเมินผู้ขาย — คัดเลือก ประเมินประสิทธิภาพ และรักษาความสัมพันธ์กับ supplier เพื่อให้ได้คุณภาพและราคาที่ดีที่สุด
- ควบคุมต้นทุนการจัดซื้อ — ติดตามค่าใช้จ่ายให้อยู่ใน budget วิเคราะห์ส่วนลดตามปริมาณ และหาโอกาสลดต้นทุนอย่างต่อเนื่อง
- ประสานงานกับโรงงานและทีมรับของ — ทำความเข้าใจความต้องการของแต่ละแผนก ติดตามการส่งมอบ
- จัดทำรายงานและนำเสนอ CFO — สรุปภาพรวมการจัดซื้อ ต้นทุน และการคาดการณ์รายเดือน เพื่อสนับสนุนการตัดสินใจของผู้บริหาร
Qualifications
- จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ โลจิสติกส์ การจัดการห่วงโซ่อุปทาน หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านจัดซื้อหรือ Supply Chain ในสภาพแวดล้อมการผลิตหรืออุตสาหกรรม อย่างน้อย 1–2 ปี
- เข้าใจชิ้นส่วนเครื่องจักร อะไหล่ และระบบเครื่องกลพื้นฐาน
- สามารถต่อรองราคา เงื่อนไข และการส่งมอบกับ supplier ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- ใช้งาน SAP, Oracle หรือระบบเทียบเท่าได้
- สามารถวิเคราะห์ต้นทุน เปรียบเทียบ supplier และระบุโอกาสลดค่าใช้จ่ายได้
- อ่านเขียนและสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ในระดับดี
- จัดการงานหลายอย่างพร้อมกันได้ และส่งงานได้ตามกำหนด
