Maintenance Engineer - Limagrain (Thailand) Co.,Ltd

To provide the technical standards, technologies, tools, training, services and project implementation to support in the areas of plant operation that meet the customer’s quality, timeliness and quantity specifications, within the plant’s cost, performance expectations and HSE standard.

Responsibilities and Objectives

 Preventive Maintenance (PM): Develop, implement, and execute scheduled maintenance programs for all plant machinery and electrical systems to prevent failures.

 Corrective Maintenance: Act as the primary responder for electrical breakdowns, performing root-cause analysis and high-pressure troubleshooting to restore production swiftly.

 Be involved with control and monitoring devices and occasionally in the manufacture of items that will help in maintenance.

 Working with other professionals, to improve production facilities, reduce the incidence of costly breakdowns and develop strategies to improve overall reliability and safety of plant, personnel and production processes.

 Ensure supply chain operation and maintenance are working on compliance of HSE&Q standard and policy.

 Project Support: Assist in the installation, testing, and commissioning of new machinery or electrical upgrades.

 Documentation: Maintain accurate logs of maintenance activities, spare parts inventory, and technical reports for management review.
