Responsibilities
Primary Purpose and Function
- Support principals providing tender documents preparation & submission as per Thai procurement act.
- Support principals providing quotation document as per required
Duties and Responsibilities (in order of importance)
- Prepare tender documents in accordance with TOR and principal approval.
- Support the entire tender submission process as per distributor requirements.
- Prepare quotation document as per requested by Principal.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness for each tender job request by the principal.
- Follow up and ensure the return of Bank Guarantees upon contract expiration.
- Stay updated on procurement acts and regulations related to the tender process and share updates with relevant functions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration or other related fields.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in tender process with government.
