Assistant officer- Digital marketing admin - DCH AURIGA (THAILAND) LIMITED

Primary Purpose and Function 

Creates successful social media campaign to grow brand’s audience. Coordinating the production wide range of marketing communication including poster, brochures and sales tools materials. Ensure timely addition and maintenance of products on e-commerce platforms. Coordination with internal for preparing marketing document including payment, open bill and preparing products for any event. Support brand manager with other ad hoc as requested.

Duties and Responsibilities 

1.) Planning and execution social for Facebook, Instagram and other platform, manage campaigns activities and prepare content for ad. 30%

2.) Designing artwork for marketing activities ( sales materials, POMS gimmicks) 30%

3.) Ensure timely addition and maintenance of products on Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok and Konvy platforms 20%

4.) Closely coordinate with external parties including agency, supplier and cross functional parties to ensure success project outcome 10%

5.) Assist with other ad-hoc tasks as requested by team 10%

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree marketing communication or related fields
• At least 2 Year, Experience in marketing communications, marketing coordination
• Soft Skills: Well organized, creativity, communication, and multi-task skills.
