Responsibilities

Senior Officer – People Development & Experience
Function: HRD / Employee Experience / General Administration
We are looking for a proactive and business-minded HR professional who can develop people, create a positive employee experience, and ensure a well-managed workplace. This role combines People Development, Employee Experience, and General Administration.

Key Responsibilities

People Development — 45%

  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis and develop the annual learning plan.

  • Design and coordinate training, onboarding, leadership, competency, career development, and organizational development programs.

  • Support the Performance Management process, including communication, monitoring, calibration, and development planning.

  • Maintain competency frameworks, training records, development plans, and learning reports.

  • Evaluate learning effectiveness and monitor key L&D metrics and budgets.

  • Prepare and submit training courses, records, and eligible expenses to Thailand’s Department of Skill Development.

  • Ensure compliance with the Skill Development Promotion Act and complete submissions within the required timelines.

  • Support ISO internal and external audits related to employee competence, training records, and HR documentation.

  • Follow up on audit findings and corrective actions until closure.

People Experience — 40%

  • Plan and implement employee engagement, well-being, culture, and recognition programs.

  • Organize employee activities, company events, and internal campaigns.

  • Develop employee communications across appropriate channels.

  • Gather and analyze employee feedback to improve the employee experience.

  • Support employee relations activities and help address workplace concerns appropriately.

  • Promote organizational values, collaboration, inclusion, and a positive working environment.

  • Track participation, engagement, feedback, and program effectiveness.

  • Lead or support HR projects related to Talent Management, Performance Management, Culture,

  • Employer Branding, HR Digitalization, and Organization Development.

General Administration — 15%

  • Oversee the overall orderliness, readiness, safety, and professional appearance of the office.

  • Coordinate office management, facilities, maintenance, office services, and workplace support.

  • Manage vendors, service providers, contracts, quotations, purchase requests, and service quality.

  • Monitor office supplies, equipment, meeting rooms, common areas, and workplace facilities.

  • Coordinate office events, meetings, visits, and other administrative arrangements.

  • Identify and resolve workplace issues to ensure smooth daily operations and a positive employee experience.

  • Support office safety, emergency preparedness, and relevant workplace compliance requirements.

  • Perform other HR and administrative responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Organization Development, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

    • At least 3–5 years of experience in HRD, Learning & Development, Employee Experience, Employee Engagement, or related HR functions.

    • Experience in general administration, office management, facility coordination, or vendor management is preferred.

    • Knowledge of Performance Management, Competency Development, Career Development, and Organizational Development.

    • Experience with Department of Skill Development submissions and ISO audits is an advantage.

    • Strong project management, communication, presentation, coordination, and analytical skills.

    • Able to manage multiple projects and work effectively with employees, managers, vendors, auditors, and government officers.

    • Good command of Microsoft Office and workplace English.

    • Experience with LMS, HR systems, data analytics, digital communication, or AI tools is an advantage.
