Human Resources Officer - CTI Logistics Co.,Ltd (CTI Holding Co.,Ltd.)

Responsibilities – Recruitment 

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and workforce plans.
• Create and post job advertisements across relevant platforms.
• Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical assessments.
• Maintain recruitment reports, candidate tracking, and hiring metrics.
• Conduct employee orientation sessions for new hires.
• Prepare employment contracts and other onboarding documentation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of HR experience, with hands-on recruitment and payroll responsibilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to maintain confidentiality.
