Responsibilities
- รวบรวม จัดกลุ่ม และอัปเดตเอกสารสำคัญของโครงการ เช่น สัญญา (Contracts), รายงานการประชุม (Minutes of Meeting), และแผนงาน (Project Plan)
- รวบรวมข้อมูลเพื่อทำรายงานความคืบหน้า (Progress Report) เสนอต่อผู้บริหาร
- นัดหมายเวลา จัดเตรียมห้องประชุมและส่งวาระการประชุม (Agenda) ให้ผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- จดบันทึกประเด็นสำคัญ, มติที่ประชุม และรายการสิ่งที่ต้องทำต่อ (Action Items) พร้อมติดตามผลจากผู้รับผิดชอบ
- ประสานงานระหว่างทีมงานภายในองค์กร และ ซัพพลายเออร์ภายนอก
- ช่วยบันทึกและติดตามการใช้จ่ายในโครงการ ตรวจสอบใบแจ้งหนี้ (Invoices) และใบเสร็จ เพื่อส่งต่อให้ฝ่ายบัญชี
- ดำเนินการเปิดใบสั่งซื้ออุปกรณ์หรือจ้างเหมาบริการที่ใช้ในโครงการ
- ตรวจเช็กความคืบหน้าของงานในแต่ละส่วนให้เสร็จตามกำหนด (Milestone)
- ตรวจดูความล่าช้าและสิ่งที่อาจกระทบต่อภาพรวม หรือ สิ่งที่คาดว่ามีความเสี่ยง และรีบรายงานให้ Project Manager ทราบทันที
Qualifications
- จบปริญญาตรี สาขา บริหารธุรกิจ, การจัดการ, ภาษาศาสตร์ หรือสาขาอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ 2 ปีขึ้นไป ด้านการติดต่อประสานงาน หรือ ธุรการโครงการ
- มีความรู้ความสามารถในด้าน การจัดการเอกสาร, สัญญา และ ความแม่นยำของเอกสาร
- ใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office ได้อย่างดี (Word, Excel และ PowerPoint)
- หากเคยมีประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับธุรกิจวิศวกรรมจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- คะแนนโทอิค 650 ขึ้นไป
