Responsibilities

1. General Affairs (GA) Operations
• Manage and maintain office facilities, equipment, and overall workplace environment
• Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers for maintenance, repair, and office services
• Handle purchasing activities including ordering from affiliated companies
• Prepare and process Purchase Orders (PO) and follow up on procurement activities
• Coordinate import processes and shipping arrangements, including documentation clearance

2. HR & Administrative Support
• Act as a communication point between employees and the HR/GA department
• Prepare, organize, and maintain HR and administrative documentation
• Support HR operations such as employee documentation and internal reporting

3. General Administration
• Coordinate with internal departments and external parties
• Provide administrative support across functions
• Ensure proper documentation control and systematic record keeping

Qualifications

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• 1–2 years of experience in: 
    o Administration / HR / General Affairs
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and responsible
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in purchasing (PO), procurement, or import/shipping coordination
• Basic communication skills in English or Japanese are an advantage
