• Define strategic direction and business plans for the IT Business unit, aligning with overall corporate objectives
• Oversee all operational aspects of the IT Business unit, including sales, marketing, product development, and service delivery
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
• Identify and pursue new client acquisition and business opportunities within the evolving IT market
• Supervise budget planning, cost management, and revenue generation to achieve financial targets
• Analyze market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes to pinpoint growth opportunities
• Build and develop a high-performing team within the IT Business function
• Report on business performance and strategic initiatives to senior leadership regularly

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5-10 years of experience in IT business management or leading an IT Business unit
• Proven track record in team leadership and achieving business growth targets
• Deep understanding of the IT market, technologies, and industry trends
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities in complex situations
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Thai and English
• Experience in P&L management or new market expansion is a plus.
