IT Director - Comp Trading Company Limited.

• Define the organization's IT strategy and direction in alignment with overall business objectives
• Lead and manage the IT team, overseeing operations for infrastructure, systems, and applications
• Plan and control the annual IT budget, including technology procurement and vendor management
• Evaluate and propose new technologies to enhance operational efficiency and competitive advantage
• Develop and enforce data security and information system policies across the company
• Collaborate with senior management and users across departments to understand IT requirements
• Oversee the development of Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Plans
• Monitor and evaluate IT system performance to ensure stability and efficiency

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 8+ years of total IT experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial or team lead capacity
• Deep understanding of IT infrastructure management, network systems, and data security principles
• Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills to propose effective IT solutions
• Proven ability to successfully manage medium to large-scale IT projects
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of collaborating with executives and cross-functional teams
• Previous experience in an industry relevant to the company's core business is a plus.
