Responsibilities
- จัดเตรียมและดำเนินการจัดทำใบสั่งซื้อตามความต้องการ
- ติดต่อและประสานงานกับผู้ขายเพื่อสอบถามราคาและเงื่อนไข
- เปรียบเทียบราคา คุณภาพ และเงื่อนไขจากผู้ขายหลายราย
- ติดตามสถานะการสั่งซื้อและการส่งมอบสินค้าให้เป็นไปตามกำหนด
- จัดเก็บและดูแลเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานจัดซื้อให้เป็นระบบ
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีทุกสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานจัดซื้อ 1-2 ปี
- มีความสามารถในการใช้งานโปรแกรม Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- ทักษะการสื่อสารและเจรจาต่อรองที่ดี
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบและสามารถจัดการงานเอกสารได้ดี
- ความสามารถในการทำงานภายใต้กำหนดเวลา
- หากมีประสบการณ์ในระบบ ERP จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
