Corporate Communications Manager - Diamond Building Products PLC

Key Responsibilities

Corporate Communications

Develop and execute internal and external communication strategies, including corporate image management and crisis communication, to ensure consistent and effective messaging across all channels.

Branding & Brand Management

Define and maintain brand direction, corporate identity, and unique selling propositions (USP), ensuring strong and consistent brand positioning across all touchpoints.

Marketing & Digital Marketing

Plan, implement, and manage integrated marketing strategies across both online and offline channels, with a strong focus on digital platforms such as social media, websites, content marketing, and digital campaigns.

Data Analytics & Performance Measurement

Monitor, analyze, and evaluate marketing and communication performance. Leverage data-driven insights to continuously improve strategies and optimize results.

Offline Media & Marketing Activities

Plan and manage offline media, including printed materials, POSM, events, promotional activities, and other marketing initiatives.

Team & Project Management

Lead and manage the team, oversee project execution, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and effective delivery of all initiatives.

Budget Management

Plan, control, and optimize marketing and communications budgets to ensure maximum efficiency and return on investment.

Strategy Development & Innovation

Research market trends, consumer behavior, and emerging technologies to develop forward-thinking strategies and innovative marketing and communication solutions.

Additional Responsibilities

Provide support to the organization and perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field

• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in corporate communications, marketing, or brand management

• At least 3–5 years of managerial experience

• Proven experience in team management

• Strong expertise in developing and executing integrated communication and marketing strategies

• Strategic thinking with the ability to see the big picture

• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Data Studio)

• Experience in crisis communication and corporate communications at a senior level

• Strong budget management skills with the ability to evaluate ROI of marketing and communication initiatives

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to work under pressure with high creativity

• Good command of English (both written and spoken)
