Responsibilities
- To control objectives/plan of workshop response report it to SM.
- To manage and control production line to achieve KPI of work shop.
- To control and intention of cost minimization of work shop.
- To conduct and control discipline of all subordinate.
- To support and promote activity all of company.
- To improve ability and skill to all subordinate.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in Production Supervisor or Assistant manager.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken (TOEIC Score> 600 will be an advantage)
- Strong data analysis skills (Power BI skill will be an advantage)
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies is a plus
- Able to work at Bang Pakong (Wellgrow Industrial Estate.)
