Responsibilities
As a Manufacturing Manager, you will oversee and manage all aspects of our manufacturing operations. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining high-quality standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure production efficiency and quality.
• Implement and manage Lean Manufacturing.
• Develop and execute strategic manufacturing initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Manage and lead a team of production staff, providing guidance and support.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Analyze production data to identify and address inefficiencies.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• 7 years of experience in a Manufacturing management role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken (TOEIC Score> 600 will be an advantage)
• Strong data analysis skills (Power BI skill will be an advantage)
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies is a plus
• Able to work at Bang Pakong (Wellgrow Industrial Estate.)
