Responsibilities
- Manage employee clinic operations, health check-ups, medical records, and occupational health activities.
- Manage employee uniforms and safety shoes, including inventory control, issuance, and stock replenishment.
- Handle purchasing activities, including PR preparation, supplier coordination, delivery follow-up, and inventory management.
- Coordinate and monitor cleaning, gardening, and waste management services, including contractor performance.
- Maintain related records, reports, and documentation accurately.
- Support EHS, HR, General Affairs, and other activities or special assignments as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- 0-2 years of experience in general affairs or human resources roles
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Service-minded with strong problem-solving abilities
- New graduates are welcome to apply
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
