Responsibilities
- วางแผนการตรวจติดตามกระบวนการภายในองค์กร เช่น การผลิต การขาย คลังสินค้า และการจัดส่ง เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าการดำเนินงานเป็นไปตาม Work Instruction และ Procedure ที่กำหนด
- ดำเนินการตรวจสอบตามแผนที่วางไว้
- จัดทำรายงานการตรวจติดตามภายในและสรุปผลเพื่อนำเสนอผู้บริหารพิจารณา
- ติดตามและประเมินผลการแก้ไขตามข้อเสนอแนะจากการตรวจสอบ
Qualifications
- ไม่จำกัดเพศ
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาบัญชี, การตรวจสอบภายใน หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีความสามารถในการใช้งานโปรแกรม Microsoft Office โดยเฉพาะฟังก์ชัน VLOOKUP และ PIVOT Table
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการตรวจสอบภายใน (Internal Audit) อย่างน้อย 2-3 ปี
- สามารถเดินทางปฏิบัติงานที่โรงงานสาขาในต่างจังหวัด หรือต่างประเทศได้ คราวละ 7-10 วัน ด้วยความถี่ประมาณ 2 เดือน/ครั้ง (บริษัทดูแลค่าใช้จ่ายและมีค่าเบี้ยเลี้ยงตามระเบียบ)
- มีทักษะในการประสานงานและการสื่อสาร
- มีจริยธรรมในงานตรวจสอบ (มีความเป็นธรรม, สามารถรักษาความลับ และปฏิบัติตามหลัก PDPA)
- สามารถขับรถยนต์และมีใบอนุญาตขับขี่
