Responsibilities
ตรวจสอบและคัดกรองเนื้อหา: ตรวจสอบเนื้อหาที่ผู้ใช้สร้างขึ้น (User-Generated Content) รวมถึงข้อความ รูปภาพ วิดีโอ และโปรไฟล์ เพื่อคัดกรองเนื้อหาที่ไม่เหมาะสม เช่น เนื้อหาที่แสดงความเกลียดชัง (Hate Speech) การคุกคาม ความรุนแรง ข้อมูลเท็จ หรือการละเมิดลิขสิทธิ์
บังคับใช้นโยบายของแพลตฟอร์ม: ตัดสินใจดำเนินการกับเนื้อหาที่ละเมิดกฎ เช่น การลบโพสต์ การซ่อนเนื้อหา หรือการระงับบัญชีผู้ใช้ ตามแนวทางปฏิบัติ (Guidelines) ที่บริษัทกำหนดอย่างเคร่งครัด
ตอบสนองต่อการรายงาน (Reports): ตรวจสอบและจัดการเนื้อหาที่มีการรายงาน (Flagged/Reported Content) จากผู้ใช้งานรายอื่นอย่างรวดเร็วและมีประสิทธิภาพ
Qualifications
วุฒิการศึกษา: ปริญญาตรีในสาขาใดก็ได้ (ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่)
ทักษะทางภาษา: ทักษะการสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษดี ในระดับสื่อสารได้
ความยืดหยุ่นในการทำงาน: สามารถทำงานเป็นกะ (Shift Work) รวมถึงวันหยุดเสาร์-อาทิตย์ หรือวันหยุดนักขัตฤกษ์ได้ (ขึ้นอยู่กับข้อกำหนดของบริษัท)
ความสตรองทางอารมณ์ (Resilience): มีวุฒิภาวะทางอารมณ์และสามารถจัดการกับความเครียดได้ดี เนื่องจากอาจต้องพบเจอเนื้อหาที่มีความรุนแรงหรือไม่เหมาะสมในระหว่างการปฏิบัติงาน
การคิดวิเคราะห์: มีวิจารณญาณที่ดี มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ และสามารถตัดสินใจได้อย่างเป็นกลางตามกฎเกณฑ์ (Objective) โดยไม่ใช้ความรู้สึกส่วนตัว
