หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบหลัก:
ประสานงานด้านการจัดซื้อ ตรวจสอบ ขึ้นทะเบียน และปรับปรุงข้อมูลทรัพย์สินในระบบของบริษัท
บริหารจัดการวงจรชีวิตของทรัพย์สิน ได้แก่ การเบิกจ่าย โยกย้าย และการส่งซ่อมบำรุง
ตรวจนับทรัพย์สินและสินค้าคงคลัง (Inventory) พร้อมตรวจสอบความถูกต้องและจัดทำรายงาน
ดำเนินการตัดจำหน่าย (Write-off) ทรัพย์สินที่ชำรุดหรือเสื่อมสภาพตามขั้นตอนอย่างถูกต้อง
สนับสนุนการตรวจสอบบัญชี (Audit) โดยดูแลข้อมูลและกระบวนการต่างๆ ให้เป็นไปตามนโยบายของบริษัท

มีประสบการณ์ด้านการจัดการทรัพย์สิน (Asset Management), คลังสินค้า หรือสายงานธุรการ
มีความละเอียดรอบคอบสูง มีทักษะด้านการจัดการข้อมูล และสามารถประสานงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
