Responsibilities
- Provide design solutions for wire harness, component priority, direction making for harness deliverables.
- Design wire harnesses and develop component concepts using CATIA based on engineering and technical knowledge.
- Develop 2D and 3D automotive wire harness layouts using CATIA.
- Coordinate development with other department and related, customer support, reporting to decision forums, presenting options, control and manage on time delivery, Support harness assessments and report when required e.g. DPA.
Qualifications
- Have experience and knowhow in wire harness automotive or product design.
- 2D DWG wire harness and electrical knowledge.
- 3D CAD knowledge and operating.
- Have knowledge to use CATIA is required.
- Good command of both spoken and written English.
