Quality Coordinator - Mattel Bangkok Limited

1. Conduct audits of suppliers to ensure compliance with company quality standards and industry regulations.
2. Evaluate supplier processes, quality systems, and performance in alignment with ISO9001 and other applicable standards.
3. Document findings and ensure all audit requirements are met.
4. Summary Audit Report and Follow-Up on Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)
5. Upload and maintain relevant audit documents, reports, and compliance records into the Veeva system.
6. Annual Supplier Audit Plan.
7. Lead cross-functional audit teams in executing the audit plan.

1. Bachelor’s degree in science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. At least 1 year of experience in quality assurance, quality management, or internal audits (preferred).
3. Fresh graduates are welcome.
4. Understanding of ISO9001 quality management systems and internal audit processes.
5. Document management and Computer skills.
6. Good communication skills.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
8. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
9. Basic English communication skills. (อ่าน requirement ภาษาอังกฤษได้)
