Responsibilities

Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Operations Admin to support day-to-day HR administrative tasks. This role is suitable for candidates who enjoy routine work, data management, and supporting HR processes.

Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Administration
  • Handle HR administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and record management
  • Maintain and update employee data in HR systems
  • Process HR documents (e.g., leave records, expense claims, and related forms)
  • Prepare HR reports and summarize data for internal use

Employee Support
  • Support onboarding activities and basic HR coordination
  • Manage employee-related items such as uniforms and ID cards
  • Maintain employee benefits records and related information
HR Activities Support
  • Support internal HR activities (e.g., retirement events, birthday activities, employee recognition programs)
  • Assist in organizing small-scale employee engagement activities
Others
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team
  • Perform other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR Admin
  • Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in data handling
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Able to handle routine and repetitive tasks effectively
  • Basic knowledge of HR processes is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • Good communication skills
