Talent Acquisition - Recruitment (Contract 1 Year) - Mattel Bangkok Limited

• Recruit monthly-based employees for positions below Staff level, such as Machine Setter, Electrician, Injection Technician, and monthly employees in support functions including Quality Control, Purchasing, HR Officer, Warehouse & Logistics staff, etc.
• Recruit Management Trainee positions (1-year contract) at the Junior level (Bachelor’s degree).
• Conduct end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Monitor candidate documentation and manage pre-employment medical check-ups.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive internship strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Manage and oversee the Management Trainee Program and Internship Programs, including planning, execution, and evaluation.
• Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices to enhance program effectiveness.

• Integrate automation tools to streamline recruitment processes such as resume screening, candidate communication, and job postings.
• Identify and implement recruitment technologies to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
• Collaborate with HR and IT teams to drive digital transformation within the recruitment process.

• Develop recruitment Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Design and develop recruitment dashboards to visualize KPIs and performance metrics in an accessible, insightful format.
• Generate regular and ad-hoc recruitment reports for management.
• Analyze recruitment data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
• Create kaizen project for improvement task.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Arts, Data Science, Applied Science, Engineering or related field.
• Have experience in recruitment and talent acquisition functions.
• Experience in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development (preferably within HR).
• Proficiency in Power BI, Power Automate, or similar data visualization tools.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with Management Trainee and Internship programs.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
