Inventory Control (1-Year Contract) - Mattel Bangkok Limited

• Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts and physical stock audits
• Oversee receiving, storage, and dispatch operations to ensure correctness and efficiency
• Supervise daily operations and guide operators to work effectively under safe conditions
• Mentor team members and promote a strong safety culture
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and operational reports
• Monitor warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) and coordinate maintenance
• Follow up and lead staging or improvement projects to meet timelines
• Collaborate with Production, Planning, and related departments
• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement solutions to improve productivity and reduce costs

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related fields
• 0–3 years of experience in inventory control or warehouse operations
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Able to communicate in English

• Strong understanding of receiving, storage, and dispatch operations
• Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and material flow
• Understanding of warehouse layout planning and space utilization
• Experience in inventory tracking, cycle counting, and stock take processes
• Ability to improve workflow and increase operational efficiency
• Familiarity with warehouse equipment (forklift, hand lift, scanner)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Good time management and communication skills
