Junior Project Coordinator (Contract 1 Year) - Mattel Bangkok Limited

• Support overall project coordination for construction and factory expansion projects
• Assist in tracking project milestones and follow up with internal teams and stakeholders
• Coordinate across departments to ensure timely progress updates
• Support budget tracking, cost monitoring, and preparation of expense reports
• Maintain project documentation, records, and reports
• Prepare meeting minutes and support routine administrative tasks
• Assist in preparing presentations, dashboards, and reports for management
• Identify issues and follow up on action items to ensure smooth project execution

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, or related fields
• 0–2 years of experience (fresh graduates are welcome)
• Strong interest in project coordination and construction/project management
• Good understanding of administrative processes and document control
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP)
• Familiarity with project tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, ERP, dashboards) is a plus
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Proactive, responsible, and able to follow through on tasks
• Good command of Thai and English
