Position: Project Administrator (Contract 1 Year)


Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Administrator to support project administration and procurement coordination activities for factory expansion and construction-related projects.

This role will work closely with the Procurement and Materials team to support project documentation, material tracking, vendor coordination, reporting, and administrative activities to ensure smooth project execution.

This position is suitable for fresh graduates or candidates with 0–2 years of experience who are interested in project support, procurement coordination, and operations administration.

Key Responsibilities

    • Support project administrative activities and maintain project documentation records
    • Prepare and track procurement-related documents such as PR/PO and material-related records
    • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, contractors, and internal teams regarding project-related activities
    • Follow up on project progress, material delivery status, and pending action items
    • Support preparation of reports, summaries, and project status updates for management review
    • Maintain organized filing systems and ensure document accuracy and completeness
    • Assist in coordinating meetings and preparing meeting minutes
    • Support communication and follow-up with related stakeholders to ensure timely project execution
    • Assist Procurement Supervisor and project team in daily operational and administrative tasks
    • Support data entry and update information in related systems or tracking files
    • Support other assigned tasks related to project administration and procurement coordination

    Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields
    • 0–2 years of experience (fresh graduates are welcome)
    • Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
    • Able to manage routine administrative tasks effectively
    • Good coordination and communication skills
    • Proactive and able to follow up on tasks independently
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
    • Familiarity with ERP systems or project tracking tools is an advantage
    • Basic English communication skills
