Graphic Designer/Product Designer (Staff) - Mattel Bangkok Limited

Job Description

• Create packaging artwork and layout designs in compliance with company requirements and standards.
• Review and coordinate packaging artwork with related teams and stakeholders.
• Prepare final artwork files for printing production.
• Support mock-up creation and artwork adjustments during product development.
• Coordinate artwork review processes and maintain related documentation.
• Handle packaging artwork concerns during production processes.
• Ensure artwork accuracy, consistency, and quality before release.
• Support department activities related to QMS, EHS, and company policies.
• Perform other assignments as assigned by supervisor.

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Product Design, Industrial Design, or related fields.
• 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, packaging design, or related areas.
• Good command of English communication (speaking, reading, and writing).
• Able to communicate and participate in interviews in English.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).
• Familiar with Mac Operating System.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Good coordination and communication skills.

• Candidates will be required to complete a design test before the interview process.
• Portfolio submission is highly preferred.
• Experience in packaging artwork or printing process will be an advantage.
