EHS Coordinator / Safety Officer / จป.วิชาชีพ - Mattel Bangkok Limited

• Support daily Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) operations.
• Prepare and provide PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) to departments as requested.
• Ensure safety equipment and fire protection systems are in good condition.
• Conduct workplace safety inspections, safety walks, and safety audits.
• Assist in accident investigation and prepare related reports.
• Support safety improvement programs and EHS continuous improvement activities.
• Coordinate waste management and environmental activities.
• Provide safety support and coordination to all departments.
• Maintain EHS documents, records, and reports.
• Support EHS training activities and promote safety awareness among employees.
• Ensure compliance with company safety regulations and legal requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Safety, or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in EHS or Safety role.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Internship experience in Safety/EHS department is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of occupational health and safety standards.
• Able to work 6 days/week (Monday – Saturday).
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Fair English communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of Power BI is an advantage.
• Willing to learn, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Understanding of safety inspections and risk assessment.
• Basic knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Team player with positive attitude.
