Quality Coordinator - Mattel Bangkok Limited

• Coordinate quality-related activities with internal departments, external parties, and overseas stakeholders.
• Monitor operations to ensure compliance with applicable requirements, standards, and customer expectations.
• Control, review, and update quality system documentation to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
• Follow up on quality issues and corrective actions, including customer complaints and non-conformance cases.
• Prepare, compile, and analyze quality-related reports and performance data.
• Maintain quality records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and traceability for audit purposes.
• Responsible for DSO approval processes.
• Participate in the product development stage (FEP).
• Responsible for PP and PS stages, including sample approval activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Science, Quality Management, or a related field.
• 0–1 year of experience in Quality Control (QC), Quality Assurance (QA), or quality coordination. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Basic knowledge of statistics and the 7 Quality Tools.
• Able to read and write English at a level sufficient for workplace communication.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and prepare summary reports.
• Basic knowledge of quality management systems, such as ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
