Project Management (New Product Introduction) - Mattel Bangkok Limited

Key Responsibilities

1. Project & Development Management

• Develop project strategies and integrated development plans to achieve business and launch objectives.
• Manage project schedules, milestones, and deliverables using Adobe Workfront and other project management tools.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and resource constraints; evaluate schedule impacts; and drive mitigation and recovery plans.
• Recommend schedule scenarios and options to support management decision-making.

2. Cross-functional

• Drive cross-functional collaboration across Design, Packaging, Engineering, Tooling, Planning, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Quality, Logistics, and Headquarters.
• Lead project meetings, follow up on action items, and ensure timely execution.
• Escalate critical issues and facilitate timely resolution to minimize project risks.

3. Development & Production Readiness

• Drive development and production readiness from upstream development through production lots to support successful product launches.
• Assess the impact of engineering changes, licensor feedback, tooling, material, capacity, and manufacturing constraints on project schedules.
• Develop and coordinate mitigation and recovery plans to maintain launch commitments.
• Ensure development plans are aligned with manufacturing capacity, material readiness, and business launch targets.

4. Reporting & Continuous Improvement

• Maintain accurate project data and reporting in Workfront and other business systems.
• Prepare project status reports, KPI dashboards, and management presentations.
• Drive process improvements and digital workflow initiatives to enhance project visibility, efficiency, and execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Project Management, New Product Introduction (NPI), Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Production Planning, or related functions.
• Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and presentation skills in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Adobe Workfront, Power BI, ERP, or other project management systems is an advantage.
