Maintenance Engineer (1 Year Contract) - Mattel Bangkok Limited

• Contribute to machine improvement projects focused on enhancing efficiency and reliability.
• Analyze machine issues and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to facilitate improvement projects and daily operational support.
• Monitor machine performance, reporting abnormalities or issues for further investigation and improvement.
• Support Kaizen activities and workplace efficiency initiatives.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Power Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Understanding of electrical, electronic, and facility systems, including PLC programming/software.
• Proficiency in English.
• Knowledge of Power BI, SolidWorks, and AutoCAD is a plus.

• 1-year employment contract, with potential opportunity for career advancement and conversion to a permanent staff position based on performance and business needs
• Working Days: Monday–Saturday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
