2. วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีคณะวิศวกรรมฯ เครื่องกล, อุตสาหการ, เมคคาทรอนิกส์,ครุศาสตร์ฯ,วิทยาศาสตร์ สาขาวิชาไฟฟ้า,เครื่องมือวัดและควบคุม หรือ อื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
3.บุคลิกภาพดี มีความมั่นใจในตนเอง มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี
4.มีทักษะในการสื่อสาร การเจรจาต่อรองที่ดี และแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า
5.มีความละเอียด รอบคอบ สามารถทำงานเป็นทีม และทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้
6.สามารถปฎิบัติงานต่างจังหวัดได้
7.มีใบขับขี่ และขับรถยนต์ได้ มีรถยนต์ส่วนตัว
