Responsibilities
• จัดทำและควบคุม Project Schedule, Gantt Chart, S-Curve ของแต่ละโครงการ
• ควบคุมต้นทุนโครงการ (Cost Control) และจัดทำรายงานสถานะการเงินรายโครงการ
• ประสานงานกับลูกค้า, vendor, sub-contractor และทีมภายใน
• จัดทำและบริหาร Risk Register, Issue Log ของแต่ละโครงการ
• ควบคุมเอกสารโครงการ (Document Control) และเอกสารส่งมอบ
• จัดประชุมประจำสัปดาห์/ประจ าเดือน และจัดท า Minutes of Meeting
• รายงานความคืบหน้าโครงการ (Progress Report) ต่อผู้บริหาร
• รายงานความคืบหน้าโครงการ (Progress Report) ต่อผู้บริหาร
• ติดตาม Change Order, Variation Order และ Claim Management
• Resource leveling และจัดลำดับความสำคัญของงานระหว่างโครงการ
Qualifications
- เพศชาย อายุ 27-35 ปี
- วุฒิการศึกษา ปริญญาตรี ขึ้นไป คณะวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ ทุกสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ความรู้พื้นฐานด้านการจัดทำ Project Plan Gantt Chart และ Progress Report
- มีทักษะการสื่อสาร ประสานงาน และทำงานเป็นทีม
- มีความสามารถในการบริหารหลายโครงการพร้อมกัน (multi-project management)
- มีความสามารถในการทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดัน และรับผิดชอบงานในความดูแลตนเองได้
- สามารถเดินทางไปทำงานต่างจังหวัดได้
- มีใบขับขี่และรถยนต์ส่วนตัวสามารถนำมาปฏิบัติงานได้
