Responsibilities
The Branding & Event Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining Barter Connect’s premium brand image while planning and executing impactful events, networking activities, partnerships, and marketing communication initiatives that enhance brand awareness, member engagement, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Branding Management
• Develop and maintain brand positioning and consistency across all channels.
• Oversee marketing materials, presentations, campaigns, and brand guidelines.
2. Event Management & Member Engagement
• Plan and execute networking events, boot camps, seminars, roadshows, and trade shows.
• Manage vendors, logistics, budgets, and event ROI.
3. KOL & Partnership Management
• Manage KOLs, influencers, and strategic partnerships.
• Build relationships with business communities and partners.
4. Marketing Communication (MarCom)
• Develop marketing communication and PR activities.
• Ensure communication consistency across online and offline channels.

• Campaign effectiveness and ROI
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Branding, Event Management, Communication or related field.
• Minimum 4–7 years of experience in branding, event management, or marketing communication.
• Strong communication, project management, and negotiation skills.
