Last mile Operation - Big C Supercenter Public Co., Ltd

• Plan and schedule Last Mile delivery routes for maximum efficiency
• Coordinate with drivers and customers to ensure smooth and timely deliveries
• Monitor delivery status and promptly resolve any issues that arise during transit
• Oversee Last Mile operations to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations
• Analyze delivery data to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction
• Prepare operational performance reports and present findings to management for decision-making

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Logistics, Management, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in transportation operations or Last Mile management
• Understanding of routing processes and transportation technology
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to act quickly
• Effective communication and coordination skills with team members and customers
• Ability to work under pressure and manage time efficiently
• Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) is a plus.
