HR Business Partner - Retail, Mass Business - Big C Supercenter Public Co., Ltd

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบหลัก:

• ทำหน้าที่เป็น HR Business Partner ให้กับธุรกิจค้าปลีก (Mass) ครอบคลุมพนักงานหน้าร้านจำนวนมาก (Store Operations)
• ทำงานใกล้ชิดกับผู้จัดการสาขา/ผู้บริหาร เพื่อสนับสนุนด้าน Workforce Planning, Manpower Control และการบริหารกำลังคนให้เหมาะสมกับยอดขาย
• ดูแล และบริหารกระบวนการสรรหาพนักงานระดับปฏิบัติการ (Mass Hiring) ให้ทันต่อความต้องการของธุรกิจ
• ติดตามและวิเคราะห์ตัวชี้วัด HR สำคัญ เช่น Turnover, Absenteeism, Productivity และ Time to Fill พร้อมเสนอแนวทางปรับปรุง
• สนับสนุนงาน Employee Relations สำหรับพนักงานจำนวนมาก เช่น วินัยพนักงาน ข้อร้องเรียน และข้อพิพาทแรงงาน
• ขับเคลื่อน Employee Engagement และสร้างวัฒนธรรมการทำงานในสาขาให้สอดคล้องกับนโยบายองค์กร
• ให้คำแนะนำ Line Manager ในการบริหารทีมหน้าร้าน เช่น Performance Management, Coaching และการพัฒนาพนักงาน
• ดูแลให้การดำเนินงานด้าน HR เป็นไปตามนโยบายบริษัท และกฎหมายแรงงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• ร่วมวางแผนและดำเนินโครงการ HR เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการบริหารพนักงาน Retail และยกระดับ Employee Experience

คุณสมบัติ:

• ปริญญาตรี สาขาทรัพยากรบุคคล บริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์ด้าน HR อย่างน้อย 2–5 ปี โดยเฉพาะ HRBP / HR Generalist ในธุรกิจ Retail, FMCG หรือธุรกิจที่มีพนักงานจำนวนมาก (Mass Workforce)
• มีประสบการณ์ดูแลงานหน้าร้าน/สาขา (Multi-site / Multi-location) จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• เข้าใจบริบทการบริหารพนักงานระดับปฏิบัติการ เช่น Scheduling, OT, Turnover สูง
• มีทักษะด้าน Employee Relations และการแก้ไขปัญหาหน้างานได้ดี
• มีทักษะการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล HR (เช่น Turnover, Productivity) และสามารถนำเสนอ Insight ได้
• มีทักษะการสื่อสารและการประสานงานกับหลากหลาย Stakeholder
• สามารถทำงานเชิงรุก และทำงานภายใต้สภาพแวดล้อมที่มีความรวดเร็วสูง
• ใช้ Microsoft Excel / PowerPoint ได้ดี และมีความคุ้นเคยกับ HR Digital Tools
