1. วางแผนและควบคุมงานซ่อมบำรุง
-ระบบไฟฟ้า
-ระบบปรับอากาศ
-ระบบสุขภิบาล
-ระบบลิฟท์
-งานโครงสร้าง
-Fire Alarm เชิงป้องกันในภูมิภาคที่รับผิดชอบ พร้อมบริหารทีมช่างและผู้รับเหมาให้เป็นไปตาม SLA และมาตรฐานความปลอดภัย
2. บริหารงบประมาณซ่อมบำรุง วิเคราะห์ค่าใช้จ่าย (CAPEX, OPEX) และเสนอแนวทางลดต้นทุนโดยไม่กระทบคุณภาพ
3. บริหารข้อมูลซ่อมบำรุง สรุปผลการดำเนินงาน และตรวจสอบให้เป็นไปตามกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง 4.บริหารทีมซ่อมบำรุงและให้คำปรึกษาในงาน
ทำงาน 5 วัน จันทร์ - ศุกร์

ปฏิบัติงานตามเขตพื้นที่ที่รับผิดชอบ

• ภาคกลางและภาคตะวันตก (1 อัตรา)

1. จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี ด้านวิศวกรรม สาขาไฟฟ้า เครื่องกล อุตสาหการ และสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง

2. มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานซ่อมบำรุงระบบไฟฟ้า อาคาร หรือระบบวิศวกรรม อย่างน้อย 10 ปี

3. มีประสบการณ์ในกลุ่มธุรกิจ Retail หรืองานบริหารงานซ่อมบำรุงอาคารสูง มาอย่างน่อย 3-5 ปี จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

4. มีรถยนต์ส่วนตัวและใบขับขี่

5. หากมีใบ กว. จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
