Sr. Service Engineer (Overhead Crane และรอกไฟฟ้า) - Big C Supercenter Public Co., Ltd

1.       ควบคุมและดูแลทีมงานในการ ติดตั้ง ตรวจสอบ ซ่อมบำรุง และทดสอบน้ำหนักบรรทุกเครน (Load Test) ให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานและข้อกำหนดด้านความปลอดภัย

2.       วางแผนและควบคุมการติดตั้ง Overhead Crane รอกไฟฟ้า และอุปกรณ์ที่เกี่ยวข้อง ณ สถานที่ของลูกค้า ให้แล้วเสร็จตามแผนและมีคุณภาพ

3.       ตรวจสอบ วิเคราะห์ และแก้ไขปัญหาด้านระบบไฟฟ้า เครื่องกล และอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ของ Overhead Crane และรอกไฟฟ้า

4.       ดูแลวัสดุ อะไหล่ เครื่องมือ และอุปกรณ์ของลูกค้า เพื่อใช้ในการติดตั้ง ตรวจสอบ ซ่อมแซม และประกอบกลับคืน

5.       จัดทำคำขอซื้อหรือขอจัดจ้าง ประสานงานกับฝ่ายจัดซื้อ ติดตามงาน และตรวจรับวัสดุ อะไหล่ อุปกรณ์ หรืองานจ้าง

6.       ติดต่อ ประสานงาน และให้คำแนะนำด้านเทคนิคแก่ลูกค้าอย่างมืออาชีพ เพื่อสร้างความเชื่อมั่นและความพึงพอใจ

7.       จัดทำรายงานผลการติดตั้ง การตรวจสอบ การซ่อมบำรุง และการทดสอบอุปกรณ์ที่เกี่ยวข้อง

8.       ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา

• ปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมไฟฟ้า เครื่องกล อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ เมคคาทรอนิกส์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานบริการ ซ่อมบำรุง Overhead Crane รอกไฟฟ้า หรือเครื่องจักรอุตสาหกรรม
• มีทักษะด้านการวิเคราะห์ปัญหา การบริหารทีม และการประสานงานกับลูกค้า
• มีทักษะในการติดต่อประสานงาน การให้คำแนะนำ และการดูแลลูกค้า
• สามารถเขียนและอ่านแบบไฟฟ้า แบบเครื่องกล และเอกสารทางเทคนิคได้
• สามารถเดินทางไปปฏิบัติงานต่างจังหวัดหรือปฏิบัติงาน ณ สถานที่ของลูกค้าได้
• สามารถใช้โปรแกรม AutoCAD 2D ได้เป็นอย่างดี
• มีรถยนต์ส่วนตัวสามารถนำมาใช้ในการทำงานได้
